Lionel Sawyer & Collins shareholder Cam Ferenbach has been selected as a U.S. Magistrate Judge. Mr. Ferenbach replaces Judge Lawrence Leavitt, who is retiring on October 7, 2011.
Mr. Ferenbach joined Lionel Sawyer & Collins’ Litigation Department at its Las Vegas office in 1980, upon his graduation from Arizona State College of Law. Long recognized as one of the leading litigators in the State of Nevada, Mr. Ferenbach has just recently completed a term as President of the State Bar of Nevada (2010 – 2011).
