Litigation
Marla DaVee is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Department. While in law school, Ms. DaVee was a member of the Society of Advocates, Appellate Moot Court Team. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DaVee served as a judicial law clerk for then-Chief Justice Hardesty of the Nevada Supreme Court.
As an undergraduate student at Gonzaga University, she competed on the University's nationally-ranked mock trial team. Ms. DaVee has also served as the managing co-owner of a small business in Northern Nevada.
